We feel that you should always have the peace of mind knowing that when you purchase from us, you can return an item and receive a refund or credit within the first 30 days of the shipment date. All returned items need to have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number and must be in new condition and complete in the factory sealed packaging. Please call customer service to obtain this return number. Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused and sent back.

Defective Items will be gladly exchanged with no Restocking Fee, and Shipping Charges will be credited towards shipment of new item. All Non Exchanged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is due to our cost of processing the order, credit card transactions (charge, refund), packaging materials, product re-inspection, manpower etc. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. If an item that was shipped for FREE is returned the original shipment costs may be deducted from the return credit.

Please note a 15% fee will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier.
